These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the ed98 platform ("Platform", "We"). The Platform offers online entertainment services including casino games, slots, Sports Betting and e-sports, exclusively for users residing in Malaysia who meet the applicable age requirements.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of ed98 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that all profile information is accurate and up to date — particularly your full name and the bank account details used for transactions.
- Completing the identity verification process when requested, as a condition for withdrawal to be processed.
Ed98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your IC) for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes before processing your first withdrawal or in situations where there are indicators of suspicious activity.
Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily restricted until verification is complete. ed98 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.
You are not permitted to transfer, sell or grant access to your ed98 account to any other party under any circumstances.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an ed98 platform user, you agree to use all services provided in a responsible manner and in accordance with the applicable rules. You agree to not the following:
- Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to circumvent, cheat, or manipulate any game system, payment system, or security mechanism on the platform.
- Using another person's account or granting any third party access to your account.
- Registering an account using false information, another person's identity, or a phone number or email address that does not belong to you.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including money laundering or fraud.
- Disrupting, damaging or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any servers, networks or systems associated with the platform.

Ed98 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, voiding transactions, or referring the matter to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ed98 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your payment method and account status.
Available deposit methods include FPX (direct bank transfer) and TNG eWallet. Successful deposits are typically credited to your ed98 account within 1 to 5 minutes after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. ed98 is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues on the part of your bank or eWallet provider.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- Your account must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- The name on the bank account or eWallet registered for withdrawals must match the full name on your ed98 account profile.
- Ed98 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Successful withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 working hours after your request has been verified.
Any attempt to make a deposit using a payment method not in your own name is strictly prohibited and may result in your account balance being frozen pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

6. Account Suspension, Closure and Changes to Terms

Ed98 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, with or without prior notice, if:
- Any provision of these Terms has been breached.
- A user is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.
- A user has provided false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- A request has been made by the relevant authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified by the platform.
If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be frozen pending investigation. ed98 is not liable for any losses arising from account closure caused by the user's own breach.
Changes to Terms
Ed98 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
